Resume kuliah umum Ekonomi Syariah pada hari Senin tanggal 4 Mei 2015 dengan pembicara Bapak Ronald Rulindo, Ph.D .

1.    1.   Bagaimana menjadi leader :

·         Niatkan dahulu

·         Perluas wawasan

·         Tingkatkan pengetahuan

·         Bangun visi

·         Istiqomah

·         Lakukan bersama-sama

2.     2.  Urutan bank syariah :

·         Bank Mandiri Syariah

·         Bank Muamalat Syariah

·         Bank Victoria Syariah

3.      3. Mengapa riba haram :

·         Membawa ketidak adilan

·         Merusak perekonomian

·         Menyebabkan kemalasan

4.      4. Dosa melakukan riba :

·         Seperti dosa berzinah dengan ibu kandung sendiri

5.    5.   Kendala Syariah Finance di Indonesia :

·   Indonesia kurang dalam melakukan market share, market share di Indonesia masih kurang dari 5%

·         Masyarakat belum tertarik karena belum memahami

·     Biaya promosi banyak teralokasikan untuk menyamai nilai bagi hasil agar setara dengan profit yang ditawarkan Bank konvensional.

6.    6.  Cara mengatasi kendala Syariah Finance di Indonesia :

·   Meminta bantuan pemerintah untuk menyalurkan dana-dana besarnya ke Ekonomi Syariah

·   Melakukan market share dengan baik agar masyarakan mengenal, memahami lalu masuk ke Bank Syariah

7.    7.  Indonesia :                             Retail

Indonesia memulai dari awal, dan retail adalah tingkatan pertama dalam Ekonomi Syariah.

  Malaysia :                             Corporate

Malaysia masih berkembang, dan corporate adalah tingkatan kedua dalam Ekonomi Syariah.

  Timor Tengah :                     Investmen Banking

                                                Kondisi keuangan disana sudah tinggi , mereka lebih tertarik

menginvestasikan uangnya, dan investmen banking adalah tingkatan tertinggi dalam Ekonomi Syariah.

1.    Kalimat Pasif

a.       Pengertian Passive Voice

Passive voice adalah suatu grammatical construction (bentuk gramatikal) dimana subject kalimat tidak melakukan aksi, melainkan menerima aksi atau ditindaklanjuti (receiver of action) oleh agent lain (doer of action) baik disebutkan ataupun tidak. Sebaliknya, pada konstruksi active, subject berhubungan langsung dengan verb dengan bertindak sebagai pelaku aksi. Kalimat aktif dapat ditransformasi menjadi pasif, namun hanya transitive verb (diikuti direct object) yang dapat diberlakukan demikian.

b.      Rumus Passive Voice

Rumus passive voice adalah sebagai berikut di bawah ini.

                  

                   Catatan:

·         Auxiliary verb dapat berupa primary auxiliary verb be (is, are, am, was, were, be, been, being), kombinasi antara dua primary (is/are being, was/were being, has/have been) atau antara primary dan modal auxiliary verb (will be, will have been).

·         Past participle yang digunakan berupa kata kerja transitive.

c.       Contoh Kalimat Pasif ke Aktif

·         Your door was knocked on last night. (passive)

Someone knocked on your door last night. (Active)

·         The computer has been used without permission. (passive)

Somebody has used the computer without permission. (Active)

·         The final results can be viewed on the web. (passive)

You can view the results on the web. (Active)

·         Physical exercises are seldom done regularly. (passive)

People seldom do physical exercises regularly. (Active)

·         The students were instructed to solve the math problem. (passive)

The teacher instructed the students to solve the math problem. (Active)

·         The Enzyme Factor was published at the first time in 2005 by Sunmark Press. (passive)

2.    Kalimat Aktif

a.       Pengertian Active Voice

Active voice adalah suatu verb form (bentuk kata kerja) dimana subject kalimat melakukan aksi yang dinyatakan denganverb. Dengan demikian pada active voice, subject bertindak sebagai the doer of the action (pelaku aksi). Kebalikan dari active voice ialah passive voice. Subject pada passive voice merupakan the receiver of the action (penerima aksi). 

b.      Rumus Active Voice

Berdasarkan pengertian di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan rumus active voice di dalam suatu kalimat sebagai berikut. 

Keterangan :

Direct object (dapat berupa noun, pronoun, atau noun substitute) ditambahkan hanya jika action merupakan transitive verb.

c.       Contoh Kalimat Aktif ke Pasif

·         Boby is buying floers to her friends.  (Active).

Flowers are being bought by Boby to her friends. (passive)

·         Freddy was feeding fishes to him cat. (Active).

Fishes were being fed by Freddy to him cat. (passive)

·         Budi has met Susi after giving the gold. (Active).

Susi has been met by Budi after giving gold. (passive)

·         Ani has spoken Daniel after smiteen the desk. (Active).

Daniel has spoken by Ani after smiteen the desk. (passive)

·         Tono washes bag every week. (Active).

Bags are washed by Tono every week. (passive)

·         I am watching television every day. (Active).

Television is being watched by me every day. (passive)

·         They are playing dakon every day. (Active).

Dakon is being played them every day. (passive)

·         Susi was drawing pig to my paper. (Active).

Pig was being drawing by Susi to my paper. (passive)

·         Herder is biting Budi. (Active).

Budi is being bitten by Herder. (passive)

·         Soni is eating bakso. (Active).

My Hobby

Hello, my name is fantiana afrisa murhay , i am 22 years old and i am studying in gunadarma university.

1.   I have three hobbies, the first of my hobbies is reading books, especially reading a novel. Reading a novel was make me happy. I reading a novel on my phone and sometimes i am go to gramedia to buy a novel or just read in gramedia when i have not money, hehehe  My favorite novel is “Innocent from somalia” innocent from somalia story was fact, interesting and exciting. This novel tells the story about a woman who was abducted from her home to be prostitutes in somalia. Tell bout her struggle to survive from ordeal, struggle to escape from somalia, until she is succes be freedom fighters for all women in somalia. When i get reading a novel . i feel have a new experience as told in the novel. 
2. my second hobbies is watching cinema, i like to watching horror genre, even though i was a coward , hahaha when i watch a horror cinema i feel curious, feel encouraged adrenaline , although sometimes i closed my eyes, haha but all it makes me love the movie with horror genre, so i look horror film is coming soon in cinema, i see the synopsys when the synopsys look nice i will invite our friends or my boy friend too watch the horror movies and feel the experience. one of the films that I like is "conjuring" though still often turn a blind eye, hahaha but still only fear was a challenge for me. I think watching a horror movie that is curious, because the effect of the film sound that makes me surprised. 
3.  And third my hobbies is listening music, when i get bored the first things idea i have listening music, music make me feel calm. genre of music that I like is pop, and my idol singers are bruno mars, I feel that the sound of bruno mars pick its own characteristics, different from other singers.
